Can I even lose weight?

Hi everyone,

well first of here are my current stats: Height: 4,9 feet and Weight: 121,25 lbs BMR: 1207 BMI: 24,4

My goal is 110,23 lbs with a lean and toned body but my question is now: How? I mean how can I create a caloric deficit that will allow me to lose weight?

I'm a receptionnist so quite sedentary ... Yet I work out 5 times a week for about 20-30 minutes burning around 100 calories (monitored by Polar FT7) but I'm afraid that this isn't enough

Any help will be much appreciated.

Stay fit

Jennifer

You know the answer. Create a calorie deficit by eating less and exercising more. Use the MFP log, it will do the math for you.
I'd check the calorie count on your workouts, that's a pretty low number. Either it's wrong or you need to increase the intensity a bit. Break a sweat girl!

You create a calorie deficit by tracking what you eat and planning it out so that you're eating less than you burn each day. With your stats you probably only need a deficit of 200-250 calories per day. It's not complicated, and yes, you can do it if you want to.
