Started in May 2013 after recovering from knee surgery, had some set backs when I broke my foot in October 2013 and had to take another 12 weeks off (6 non-weight bearing). Didn't get back to the gym until mid-November and even then it was hit or miss. Here are my 1RMs:

    Deadlift 165#
    Strict Press 75#
    Snatch 70#
    Clean 105#
    Hang Clean 85#
    Push Press 95#
    Clean & Jerk 100#
    Bench Press 95#
    Back Squat 100#
    Front Squat 90#

My squat strength is terrible as I have one strong leg and one weak leg that I'm trying to build (the knee surgery and broken foot were the same leg) I have not even tried overhead squat with anything but PVC. It makes me cringe. I also have not tested 1RM in anything in the past couple months. So, who knows?

Do you ever do weighted lunges (or any other single-leg exercises)? It would help force the weaker leg to catch up since it has to do the work on it's own.

not squatting right now...I have TL:DR issues

    At the moment:
    Bench 5x5x95
    OHP 5x5x65
    Deadlift 5x5x135

oh and I started weight training over a year and a half ago...I do what I can...and start over when I need to.

You're doing amazing Jules. I haven't had to take any full breaks and you're still ahead of me on bench and OHP. Be proud of your accomplishments.

Chin ups are DEFINITELY brag-worthy!!! I worked a whole summer to be able to do a single one unassisted!

I'm not so focused on my upper body strength, (being a cyclist) but I began by trap bar squatting 45kgs, and just last week I did 6 reps of 85kgs.

I can now squat more than some of the boys on my team! :)

Not exactly bragging worthy as I only started All pro this week - these are 2x8, I fractured my sternum 16 months, I dabbled before that but mainly p90x stuff and I could do 6 chin ups and 4 pulls ups, now I can't do any  but onces I've done a few cycles of all pro I shall be adding in negatives :)

    Squats 22.5kg / 49.6 lbs
    Bench Press 27.5kg / 60.6 lbs
    Rows 21.5kg / 47.3 lbs
    OH Press 16.5kg / 36.3 lbs
    SL Deadlifts 30kg / 66.1 lbs
Curls 11.5kg / 25.3 lbs <<< My left arm is weaker, this is why it's lower, I decided to let my ego go and opt on form :)
    Calf Raises 22.5kg / 49.6 lbs

Let me see here...started SL 5x5 Sept 9th 2013 so I am 21 weeks in.

    Bench was 60lbs 5x5
    Squat was 60lbs 5x5
    Row was 60lbs 5x5
    OHP was 35lbs 5x5
    DL was 75lbs 1x5

Injury in November to my glacious (not lift related) so no squats, rows or DL for a while and a deload..

I am currently here (as of my last sessions)

    Bench 105 5x5 (deloaded from 110)
Squat 155 5x5 (deloaded down to 90 after injury healed)
Row 110 5x5 (attempted 115 but have to deload now
OHP 80 5x5 (attempted 85 and 83.5 no go on deload weight today)
DL 180 1x5 (will be going for 190 tonight deloaded after injury)

I can now do 1 3/4 straight armed chin ups and 1 straight armed pull up (as long as it's not one after the other hehe)

Biggest brag tho is this...I am 41 and I have a 20 YO bum...thanks to squats.

I saw some amazing numbers...135lb OHP...holy crap...150lb Bench *swoons* and any woman who DL's 2x her BW or more...is one amazingly powerful woman...

Honestly, I don't remember my starting weights but about a year ago, I started lifting with a plan modified from Nerdfitness's Beginner Weightlifting.

    My 1RM's are currently

    Bench: 165lbs
    OHP: 135lbs
    Squat: 285lbs
    Deadlift: 320lbs

On January 11th, I competed in an open invitational hosted by my gym and came in 1st in my weight class.

ETA: I've been doing Wendler's 5/3/1 for about 7 months now.

definitely caught my eye- impressive. definitely impressive.

I've been lifting for forever. I"m stalled right now- I think I need a program- for realz we'll see.

Bench- floating around 170- I have elbow issues so I'm working around 135-150. :(
    Squat- 200
Dead lift- working around 240- 1 RMP was 285 last tested- I'm positive it's not that high now.
OHP- working around 65- 1 RPM 85- again- push elbow issues.

We have some fab ladies here for sure. fur.sure.
