Hello. My name is Skip.

I'm new to this. I've struggled with my weight as long as I can remember. The past few years I have been trending down, partly due to more exercise, but mostly due to better diet. The first of this year I promised myself that I would reach my goals and get my body in a shape that I am happy with this year. So far so good. I've been on track and haven't missed a beat. I'm not sure what my magic weight number will be, but I believe I'll know it when I see it in the bathroom mirror. For now, I've set a goal of 30 lbs and since the 1st of the year, I'm down 12. I'm hoping that by introducing myself on here, I'll find others that have similar goals.
