Whatever fits into your calorie and macro allowance.

I often eat a steak, prawns (shrimp) a baked potato and a bunch of vegetables when I go out to eat. There's no right or wrong choice.

If it doesn't give calories & macros on the menu, use your better judgement.

yeah it does not give nutritional information so im having a hard time deciding. i have a decent amount of calories left for the day, about 800.

Calculate the calories in the choices that appeal to you the most, then adjust the rest of your calories that day to make room for them.

Hmm, since I don't know your dietary lifestyle, I just looked over what I thought sounded like the best balance of carb/protein/fat under each menu.

    Salad:
    Cucumber salad
(Pickled Red Onion / Kalamata Olives / Ricotta Salata)

    Raw Appetizer:
    Spicy Vodka Oyster Shooters

    Entree:
    Salmon
(Beet Puree / Baby Rainbow Carrots / Sauteed Spinach)
or, if you want more carbs,
    Seafood Risotto
(Shrimp / Calamari / Mussels / Swordfish / Tomato Brodo)

I chose more protein dense foods with plant nutrients and avoided choosing items with heavy simple carb pastas and oils for a better ratio. Hope this helps.

Personally, I would either get the Salmon, Ribeye, or Shortrib.

I would choose the salmon, ribeye, or roasted chicken (subbing roasted veggies for the mashed potatoes). YUM!

i hate to ruin your party, but if you wanna really lose weight and get ripped you have to say good buy to all restaurants.
  • The salmon or the chicken I think. Have fun! :)

That's beyond silly. I understand in the short term reducing socialising but the OP can't shut off their entire social life over diet.

I aim for 500 calories or less for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner but Dinner tends to be more than that because it's at the end of the day and I've usually 'saved up' calories for it.

If I had saved up 750-1000 calories I'd go the seafood risotto or a pizza.

If I only had 500 calories or less I'd go the steak, salmon or roasted chicken.

The idea would be to treat it as a semi-cheat meal. Let yourself off the hook a little but still go aim to somewhat eat within your calories.

Well, Mr. Muscle did say good "buy" to all restaurants. Maybe he meant to tell OP to "Go for it! Viva la restaurante!"
