How much weight have you gained from your vacation?

So I've been alcohol free for 2 months now. I've seen some nice fat losses and lots of muscle/strength gain during this time, losing about 4kg/month.

I have been eating 5-6 small high protein meals a day totalling around 2 - 2.3kcal... minus 3-4 cheat days each month.

I have also been exercising 'rigorously', doing crossfit + heavy lifting.


Now that I will be on a 2 week vacation with friends and we 'will' be drinking a lot of alcohol + eat out 24/7, I won't have time to go to the gym. I'm a bit curious and concerned what effect this will have on my body since it's the first time since I began my diet that I'm

'letting go' for such an extended period of time. what to do?
