Too much natural sugar?

Options
Hi everyone and thanks in advance for your responses ...

I try to eat as much fresh, healthy food as I can. Breakfast and snacks mostly consist of fruit, and this seems to be driving up my sugar intake to an unreasonable level (according to the food diary here)... I have been steadily losing weight (45lbs and counting) and my fat/carb/fiber counts are within a healthy range for dieting. I do not drink fruit juices, or use white sugar or any other sweetening agent in coffee/tea/etc. Is there reason for concern if I am eating naturally occurring sugars from fruits, assuming the rest of my diet is relatively low in sugar (specifically simple sugars)?

Well, I personally don't see a problem with natural sugars. From what I understand it's just the fake sugars and the processed sugars you need to watch out for. However, I haven't done a lot of research on this so this is just my opinion...I have been wondering the same thing for a while though.
