I am now going to eat a whole chicken everyday , i know the skin has saturated fat, witch will add more calories,
i understand that the skin adds about 100 calories from any part of the chicken. thats almost double the calories if i eat the skin
is it really worth it? the skin tastes so good, it makes the chicken less dry and more enjoyable.
should i just eat it dry and save the calories from the skin?

It is up to you how you want to use your calories, but it really adds to the amount of calories and especially fat.0

Chicken shouldnt be dry. If it is it was ovetcooked. Theres tons of ways to add flavor to chicken.
Cgicken skin is always worth it.0 -
That won't last long, but eat the skin, that's where most of the flavor is.......natural saturated fat is fine.0

I cook my chicken skin-on to let a little of the fat soak through, but remove the skin before eating. Honestly, though, it's just about your personal goals and what fits in to them.0
