exercise. bikini in mexico this month!

I need to exercise so bad! i just can't find the motivation to get up and do it right now! actually.... i'm feeling a little bit more motivated to put on my shoes as we speak! i am going to mexico at the end of the month, and am to a happy weight, but i want to do something to just feel a little bit more firm and perked up over the next couple of weeks. what exercises would you guys suggest? especially for abs! then butt and arms? i know i need to do cardio intervals too. that helps a lot. thanks for suggestions and ideas! i appreciate it!

    Core and arms? Push-ups, push-ups, push-ups and planks!
    Butt? Squats! Lots and LOTS of squats!

    Have fun in Mexico! Don't forget the sunblock!
  • thank you! i need to be doing some cardio twice a day! that's what i was doing really hard core, but i've been slacking the last couple of weeks!
