off the track again ...

hey guys,

i started my gym routine almost 2 months ago and i was doing pretty well and was punctual with my gym routine ... but now i'm again off the track ... it's been almost 2 weeks that i didn't go to the gym ...

is there any motivation tip you guys can give us for getting back on the track?

    Don't beat yourself up over it, we are none of us perfect right. Just get back to it. Let the past be the past and keep your eye on the future.

    Find a gym buddy. If a friend is expecting me at a certain time, I just go no matter how tired.
