P90X3 or T25

    Love to join, I'm doing T-25 right now, it's kicking my butt, but, I've dropped 9 pounds in the last two weeks. And that's after two weeks of weight loss of 12 pounds. I've lost a total of 21 pounds. Love this program a lot.

    Hi, I'm about to finish week3 of T25, please add me to the group

    My weight is kind of the same at the beginning of the workout, but my flexibility, strenght is much better than week1, and i also noticed that my shape is getting some tone :):bigsmile:

    Question - Im interested in T25 - I hear its 1600 calories/day and workouts 5 days a week? Thanks.
