so im trying to find the right diet and exercising I want to lose 30 pounds by june 24th and I just think its impossible. i just need some tips thank

Dont diet. Diets are temporary. You want to start living a new philosophy about your food and health. Use MFP log your food and exercise. Eat good food at a deficit. Easy peasy.....0

You're on My Fitness Pal. Because this is what works. Enter all your stats, and find your appropriate calorie and nutrient goals. Log what you eat, log your exercise. Make adjustments as needed to meet your goal numbers. Repeat daily.0
