Just made a batch of these very soft and chewy, not-too-sweet chocolate cookies. I tweaked a recipe I found online, and used real sugar, if you like the taste of artificial sweetener in baked goods then I'm sure you can make this even lower in calories. Yields 16-18 cookies depending on how bad you suck at accurately portioning cookie dough. (I suck pretty bad at it... >.>)

1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/8 tsp Salt
5 tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce
7 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Plain or Vanilla Nonfat Greek Yoghurt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)

My mixture was still crumbly so I added about 2-3 tbsp water, which might have been a tad too much, so be careful. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and spoon cookie dough onto a greased pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

They aren't insanely sweet which is what I like, but feel free to tweak this and add more sugar, or supplement the sugar with a sugar substitute.
