I'm Ready!

Hi! I started working out in January, doing Zumba 3x a week. I didn't lose a ton of weight, but I did lose inches! Unfortunately the summer came and the exercising stopped :( I haven't gained all the weight back but have gained some of it. I start back at Zumba on Wednesday, but this time I want to do it the right way and also eat right. I am hoping this site will give me the support and insight I need into reaching my goals.

I welcome all friend requests and support! I look forward to not only reaching my weigh loss goals but to also making some new friends along the way.

    Welcome to MFP....This site is an awesome tool to assist in your goals Im loving it:) It makes calorie counting easy:) It puts it right in your face I really like that.

    I have a few sayings that help me

    Diet is a dirty word Diets never work....instead opt for a healthy life style change one that will be with you forever

    Grazing is for Cows We are not cows:)

    Food is a fuel.... NOT a hobby!


    Now then....YOU CAN DO IT! ......One day at a time
