Baked Fries

This is a recipe that I have used for a substitute for french fries.
2 large potato's cut in pieces
2 egg whites.
Garlic powder
Black pepper

cut 2 potatoes in pieces, put in 1 qt tupper wares container, add egg whites, garlic powder and black pepper. cover and shake until potato's are covered. place on cookie sheet and bake until golden brown.
