Hello from a newbie

Hello all, started myfitnesspal.com 15 days ago and man is it tough. I feel like I'm starving all the time. I hope I can get used to this so I can lose some weight. It is way too easy to put weight on and way too hard to take it off.

    It gets easier!! try to fill up on low calorie high fiber snacks. I eat a lot of egg white omelets, vegetables, salads, lean protein and fruits. I felt like i was starving when i first started but now i have trouble eating all my calories some days. Best of luck to you!!
