In need of supportive friends!

I have 62lbs that I would love to lose. I've been packing on the pounds and now i'm sick of it. I've been doing really good for the past few days but I haven't lost anything yet. I'm really out of shape so I started running a mile one day, 1/2 mile the second day, and zumba on the third day, so I haven't decided what i'm going to do for the rest of the day... perhaps a second round and sunday off? Please add me :)
