Good morning guys, I am new to this site. My name is Julie, I am a 32 year old student nurse, with 4 daughters and a partner that add to my hectic lifestyle.
My sister found this site for me and I am so glad she did. I have wanted to lose weight for ages but everytime I start a diet, I give up after a week, but after seeing pictures of myself as a bridesmaid at my sisters wedding I thought it was time to really do something about it. So here goes, my goal is to lose 2 stone, i'm not that bothered how long it will take, well not to long i hope. I look forward to hearing any advice tips from anyone.

  • Keep almonds with you for that moment you get hungry out of the blue. it works for me i go for the almonds and water not soda and candy. i wish you the best ..
