Didn't loose weight this week, but WHY?

OP, to demonstrate weight loss fluctuations and how it goes up and down but the trend will fall, here is what 2 months of my daily weigh ins look like. The green line is my trend, the blue is my actual weight.

Water weight happens for many reasons so don't worry too much about the day to day numbers.0 -
i also use herbalife but i dont replace 2 meals. I noticed they have very little calories and maybe that may be your problem. (you arent eating enough) When i make mine i use 3 scoops of the formula and 1 of the vanil'a protein powder and its barely 200 calories. yet most people i know use less so thats even less calories! So for 2 meals u are barely consuming 400 calories+ your one healthy meal and snacks . This looks like it might fall under 1200 calories which is very low. I only have my herbalife maybe 1x a day a couple of times a week. The rest of the time i have been eating real food so when i stop the shakes i dont gain all the weight back. good luck!0
