working out.....

Why on Earth do I dread working out when I always feel so so much better after I do? I'm just starting out only 2.5 weeks in. I always feel fantastic after I workout. You would think I would wake up excited to do it.

I very very rarely miss my lifting sessions because I am so excited to do them ...they are fun0 -
I'm just lazy at heart, and I know it. But I don't give myself the option not to, so at least it gets done, right?

Yeah, I guess lazy pretty much sums it up. Lol That's probably part of the reason I need to work out in the first place. I'm doing ten minute Trainer but the past couple of days I've switched to a different workout with the same time/cardio/strength etc. Maybe a little bored mixed in there too. I keep doing it regardless, and I love the way I feel after, I even like being sore the next day. Perhaps I've just been stuck on the couch for so long and habits are hard to break. Lol0
