How do people gauge how many calories are being burned during a workout like Focus T25? Do you monitor heart rate and go off of that?
Thank you!
Thank you!

I use a heart rate monitor when I work out. At the end of the workout it tells me how many calories I burned... Not sure if I believe it though..0

I use my Polar Heartrate Monitor, it tells me the calories it's burned. I hope it's at least a little accurate!0

Heart rate monitor that calculates calories burned based on your specific height/weight/age.0

I have the Polar F7 Heart Rate Monitor, best purchase ever. I use it for all forms of exercise!0

Yep....get a heart rate monitor. Only way to truly know how much you burn. Note though...HRM's are only good for steady state cardio. Not really accurate for lifting.0
