Showing weight in my face

I need / want to lose around 10lbs to get to my ideal, and I'm trying to do this by adf. So far weight loss very slow... Main thing I am not liking is 'fat face' syndrome! I tend to get fuller in the face when I put on even a few pounds.... Don't suppose there's anything I can do about this except lose the fat!?

    Nothing you can do other than keep the overall weight off. We all hold fat differently.

    I am the same. Uneven weight distribution, tummy, double chin, no bumm and very slim legs. I have lost 6kgs in the last 7 weeks and yes it helps. I have read the other day, chewing gum helps apparently as well. Bummer that I don't like chewing gum. Will give it a try though. There are also exercises against double chin, but at the end...the best is to lose some weight.
