I'm sure this has been a topic before, but....
I am looking for any and all lunch ideas.

1. it had to be quick and easy to make/throw together
2. it has to be filling
3. it has to be in the 300-400 calorie range
4. it has to be tasty

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Leftovers are the easiest thing I've found. When I cook dinner, I simply make a little extra to bring for lunch the next day.

Other options in your calorie range:

Sandwich wrap - High fiber wrap (I like Flat Out brand - 90-100 calories ea), generous handful of leaft greens, some form of lean protein (boiled eggs, canned tuna, leftover meat/fish, chopped tomato, onion, shredded carrots, etc.(whatever you like), dress with a vinaigrette, mustard or hot sauce.

Soup - make a pot of soup, chili or stew to bring for lunch all week.

Hummus or peanut butter with apple or veggie slices

Tuna or egg salad - canned tuna or boiled eggs, mutard, a little mayo, lots of chopped crunchy vegetables (onion, carrot, celery, radish, etc.), serve on a bed of spinach or arugula

Bean burrito - High fiber wrap, canned fat free refried beans, 2% shredded cheddar, salsa, chopped onion and jalapeno

cottage cheese with chopped tomato or fruit.

I've been making quinoa salad lately. I add feta, tomatoes, green onion, olives, spinach, and Greek dressing (sometimes chickpeas if I have them). Leave it in the fridge and take a container for lunch.

Carb Chopper (or similar) wrap filled with 2-3oz deli meat, half an ounce or so of cheese, greens, and tomatoes (optional: avocado or a little dressing), raw fruit or veggies.

3 slices Boars Head Jerk Turkey
1 wedge Laughing cow chipolte one
9 spears Blanched Asparagus (Boil for 3 min then throw in ice water)

I take 1 slice of turkey and spread 1/3 of cheese on meat then wrap 3 spears of aspargus in the meat and cheese. makes 3 wraps total is 115 calories.

I typically don't need anything else but if I do I add string cheese or a piece of fruit.

    Peanut butter + banana sandwich

Cold (pre-cooked, as in a leftover) chicken + a piece of fruit

    Soup
