Staying in control

After being strong all week leading to a 2.2kg loss by Friday morning, I went against my original Friday takeaway lunch (team thing we do at work every Friday) plans and allowed myself to be influenced into a high calorie/fat lunch.
This has meant the scales have shown an gain of 1kg this morning. Granted I did not exercise this morning, which had the potential to pull this back somewhat, it is still a huge wake up call to remain strong and stay in control. I had a specific target this week and this has put me back. I can regain control, but MUST stay strong.
