Trying to lose muffin top rolls

As you can see in my profile pic, I have those darn rolls in the midsection area.
Does anyone know if some good exercises to whittle them away?
Also, what's the best exercise to get rid of " thunder thighs"?

You can't spot reduce. Both of them will reduce as you reduce overall BF%
Eat at a deficit and eventually they will melt.
No matter how much you try to target those areas with exercise it all come down to the calorie deficit0 -

There are no exercises to get rid of fat, just calorie deficit. You exercise to keep your body healthy (and to have some muscle definition when the fat is gone)0 -
Thank you. I have been following MFP for 85 days and exercising 4-5 times a week. Just was wondering if there was anything else to help in the process or if there were additional exercises that would assist. I will keep plugging on0

I have been doing a strength training program set up by a trainer at the gym. It is 6 different workouts (Incline pull, incline press, abs, back, biceps and legs ).
I have also been doing the 30 Day Shred (though I have missed the past 2 days).
I am doing the Zen Labs 10km training program (on my Ipod) right now I am on Day 3 of Week 4.
