    Cinnamon Toast Crunch:

    Rinse and drain 1 can of chickpeas, then toss them with a little olive oil, sugar free maple syrup, splenda, and lots of cinnamon.
    Roast at 420 for 35-40 minutes

    I also like to mash up chickpeas with a fork, add a squeeze of bbq sauce and throw it on a bun with some spinach and peppers
    And chickpea tenders - pretty sure if you Google it, a dozen recipes come up. If you season it right and don't overcook it, it's a very similar taste/texture to chicken but without the cholesterol or saturated fat

    I never thought of roasting them. I was happy to just make hummus and have them in soups and salads. This is now on my list for tomorrow
