So far, so good

Hey everybody! I'm Catie and I've been using the MFP app for about two weeks. It's been wonderful so far. I've lost about 5lbs and the amazing thing is I don't feel like I'm depriving myself of anything. I've tried different diets over the years and my weight has gone up and down but nothing has stuck. This time it's a lifestyle change. I'm a full time grad student so between my practicum, classes and projects I'm not home much and I was worried about the lure of the almighty burger, but it hasn't been an issue thus far. My overall goal is a 110 lb loss. So between that and maintaining when I get there, it's a long road. So far, it's been a really positive experience and I'm hoping to really make a change this time around.
