Tomorrow is a new day. Just eat your normal calories.0

Everyone messes up, don't worry about it!!! If it is chronic, add some exercise to compensate for the extra calories. Zumba or step aerobics would burn that 600 in an hour0

Yeah thanks, I just catch myself in this position a lot since I have been gaining and losing my last ten pounds over and over again. The cycles terrible...0

I agree - just go back eating normal, don't try to make up for anything. That's what I do, and it works amazing.0

I will no doubt! Its not like I ate junk food with those 600 calories, it was moderately healthy food just wrong portions. I CANT LOSE THESE LAST FIVE-EIGHT POUNDS ITS SO ANNOYING.0

Look at your total calories for the week, some days you will be over, some days you will be under. Usually you end up fine with weekly calories, so don't worry about it.0

No need to compensate, just focus on meeting your goals tomorrow. Depending on your deficit, an extra 600 calories will have taken you up to your maintenance level for one day, or maybe two days. You'll still be at a deficit for the week.0
