Ive just started working out and trying to work out for 90 mins per workout doing cardio first then the weight machines then back to cardio. i want to lose 100 pounds to start off then add more as i go. Is 90 mins to much to start of with or not ? And also should i start with cardio or the weight machines? The only time i have to work out is in the morning so i want to get the best exercise i can and burn the most calories and is losing 20 pounds in 3 months a good goal or can i lose more in a healthy way to keep it off in that time fram ?

Hi this is jmho.
Start with 5 mins at home, doing say Zumba or running or any cardio like that. I did that in December 2013. I couldn't do more than 5 mins to start with. But I built up and now I'm doing 2 hours of zumba a day with free weights.
You can do zumba on youtube btw.
I think it's doable with your weight loss. Be sure you log in EVERYTHING, also pre-logging everything too is good.
Hope this helps!
I sent you and invite to the group I started in Dec 2013. GL!!

Do weights first, then cardio after so that you don't burn energy before you hit the weights. Also, do as much working out as you'd like to start, just make sure not to burn yourself out, if you start feeling like you're getting burnt out on hitting the gym, then dial it back. It's all about how you feel0
