I don't log my my 100 calories I leave for a unexpected snack. I leave the calories available for a snack emergency. I sometime use then and sometimes I do not use them. I never go over my calorie limit with or without the emergency snack.0

Umm...I never kept track of my calories before today, so this is new to me. But I did my diary, and logged everything. Shamed...0

I never log gum unless it's bubblegum (bubblegum tends to be around 25 calories, whereas non-bubblegum is often 10 or less), and I never log mints. :flowerforyou:
Oh, I take a multi-vitamin and a fiber vitamin daily and don't log them. I do keep track of them in my head, though. But it's only 35 calories total. So.0 -
I record everything except for if I go out to eat at a local place, something I can't just search and add in. I do make a note of it in my comments for the day though. So nothing I guess.0
