anybody lower their blood pressure by losing weight?

Yes. At 5'5", and 190 pounds, I was placed on blood pressure medication at the age of 26, with a BP of 150/115.
Got up to 200 pounds, and was taken off when I lost 20 pounds (120/80).
Started taking fitness seriously, down to 147 lbs, and last week had a blood pressure reading of 101/60.0 -
Yep...starting BP was 162/106 avg.... current avg is 116/76 after 75 lb loss0

thank you guys.
im just getting frustrated because i have actively been taking steps to live a healthier lifestyle--ive quit smoking, started eating better, exercising a lot-- and my previously low BP has skyrocketed!! wtf. it might just be anxiety about it now but... arg.0
