Does this update as you go keep loosing weight >?
I have lost 5-6 pounds so far but my calorie tracker is still at the same value which brings me to the conclusion that I might be eating over my calculated deficit, as the calorie tracker in my food diary is not taking into account my weight loss ..

Go to "My home" go to "check in" enter weight. Click on "save changes" That will update your ticker.0

I believe it propmpts you to re-set after every 10 pounds lost, but you can do it yourself any time.0

You can recalculate your goal at anytime, and MFP prompted me to update my goals after I lost 5kg (about 10 pounds).0

Im not talking about the ticker ...
When I signed up MFP estimated my daily caloric needs at 2200, however that has surely dropped since then but theres no update on the food diary. Im not sure how to fix this and it doesnt seem very effective0 -
You need to go into Goals and re-do it with your new current and target weight. It wont automatically adjust.0
