"Clean" by Dr. Alejandro Junger - a great approach to Clean eating, explained in a conversational manner, yet backed up with scientific studies.
"The Women's Health Big Book of Exercises" - this is my favorite book ever. It helps me add little variations to my workouts to keep them from getting boring. It also has a bunch of plans in the back section.
"Look Better Naked" by Michelle Promolauko (or some variation of that spelling - it offers health advice with diet, exercise plans, and even skin-care. It's just an all-around fun book.
