Healthy fish and chips =)
Serves 2
2x Tuna Steak
1x Ainsley Harriot Flavoured Cous Cous
2x Sweet Potato
1 tsp Sunflower Oil
#Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
#Slice or Chip the Sweet Potato and place in a freezer bag
#Add the oil to the bag and seal. Toss the potatoes in the oil until coated
# Place on an over tray in oven
Meanwhile....
#Make the cous cous as instructed on the packet.
#Coat the tuna steaks with the cous cous
#Place on another oven tray and bake until golden

I haven't ever thought of using cous cous for a coating as you described.
