    I also just met my first mini-goal of 10lbs in 30 days myself! Congratulations! I can't believe it really because while it involved a commitment to tracking food and getting up and moving my sedentary self, I didn't feel like I was being tortured! Well, I still hate the treadmill and prefer to walk outside. I'm happy, really happy.

    Im new on here and have lost 5 lbs before counting calories. Ive lost 6 more on here so far. Im right there with you ;)
