Hi! Picky eater help!

Hi! So I've always been a picky eater ever since I was a child, and I was wondering if theres anything that people enjoy eating themselves that are healthy, but plain.
I hate most veggies and the ones I do enjoy I like raw.
-Baby Carrots
-Cauliflower
-Green Beans
-Romaine (Though I dont really look at it on this list of veggies I like, its just there lol)
First off, is there any veggies that I should seriously try?

Secondly, I absolutely dislike any sauce, so I have a really hard time when trying to find recipes because of this as well
Thirdly, I really dislike anything thats not plain, like spicy and such.

Im getting bored with what I'm eating, and what I am when it has white foods Im trying to switch them to whole wheat right now.
I'm really at a stand still and kind of lost to where I should go now

I'm saying this specifically because you say you're getting bored now, but I was also extremely picky as a child and young adult, and it's something that I've made the effort to change. You can actually learn to like foods that you think you don't. Not all of them maybe, but it's definitely possible to expand your tastes. You just have to expose yourself more often to foods you don't currently like. Just pick one or two at a time.

Maybe start with things that you don't really like the taste of, but are ok with the texture. For example, up to about a year ago I hated sweet peppers. I've always found them really bitter and could detect even a small amount in anything. I decided I wanted to incorporate them so started out eating roasted red peppers, which seemed the least offensive. Ate them a couple of times and could then tolerate them. Then tried roasted yellow and green peppers, then raw red ones... I was surprised at how quickly I went from hating them, to tolerating them and then suddenly actually enjoying them. Seriously, it was a couple of weeks. So, it's definitely possible if you want to enjoy more things. I think a lot of time, it's just about getting used to new tastes and textures.

Saying you "absolutely dislike any sauce" for example - well, that's not about taste is it? That's got to be purely psychological.

As for things veggies you could try - well there are hundreds! There are also lots of ways to prepare them. Have you tried roasting vegetables like carrots, broccoli, parsnips, onions etc? Roast vegetables are delicious, so different from raw or boiled/steamed.

One thing I'm curious about is whether you've always been bored with what you're eating or is it only now that you're trying to lose weight? Have you by any chance decided to cut out all the foods that you actually enjoy, because they don't seem like "diet" foods? If so, that could be a big part of the problem. Yes, nutrition is important, and yes, it's good to eat plenty of vegetables, but you absolutely do not have to cut out your favourite foods to lose weight. Incorporate the foods you like, track them, meet your calorie goal, be mindful of getting enough nutrients, and you'll be fine,
