I need help with weight loss!!

so im about 5'3 or so and weight 145 and want to weight 120 or 125 and need help. i want to lose this weight before summer in about 3-5 months and im having trouble and not sure what to do. any tips?

With so little weight to lose, set your goal no higher than .5 lb. per week. Log everything you eat accurately & honestly. Find reliable database entries. (There's a lot of incorrect data in there.) Weigh your food. Log your exercise, and eat back your exercise calories. If you're not losing, eat back half your exercise calories.
