Tracking calories burned from weightlifting

Yesterday about halfway through my weight lifting I was doing lateral raises and the cushion on the arm brace managed to turn on my HRM. I decided to see "how many calories I burned" and was truly shock at the end of it that it had said I had burned 220 calories in 30 mins, and I had been lifting for about 50 mins in total.

MPF database says that you only burn around 175 calories in that time for someone of my weight. But 330ish calories seems like a lot. I burn about 800 in Zumba, and I PUSH in that class.

I did up all my weights by 5 pounds and still managed (barely) to do 2 sets of 20 each (10 different exercises). I also don't take "breaks" between sets. I do one set focused on one area and then move onto a completely different body part so that I have very little downtime. The only real downtime I have is walking over to get cleaning solution for the seats.

I'm not looking to add it in to my cardio or anything. I'm just curious if other people have had similar results or if maybe my HRM is busted.

HRM are not accurate to count calorie burn when weightlifting. Only use them for steady cardio.
