On June 1st this year I decided to lose weight and get healthy. I had tried so many diets, none of them worked for me, if I didn't happen to lose a few pounds I would gain it back with a few more. So, I started to google information and came accross MFP and I am so thankful that I did! I started that same day, and now 3 months and 1 week later I have lost 26 pounds! I lost 15 pounds within the first month and the rest has taken me a little over 2 months to lose, but the good news is it is still coming off! I started working out the same day, and I couldn't even run for a minute without feeling out of breath and stopping. Now, I run 4 miles a day, do some strength training a few times a week and I just bought a treadmill, so I can run even more! I still have 14 pounds to go, but I know I will get there!
