What is the exercise/diet that is helping you succeed?

I have been trying to lose 40lbs for some time now. I struggle with mid section weight since I had my son 5 years ago. I have been eating right and exercising. Others seem to notice changes, but I am struggling. I am also a vegetarian for the last 7 months. I would like to know what others are doing exercise wise to keep in shape. I have been doing zumba, elliptical and Jillian Michaels, what are you doing/eating? Please feel free to add me I need more friends/motivators.
