Will it last?

Today I tried tofurkey hickory smoked deli slices and I love them! Id like to make sandwiches to take with me to school, but I'm not sure if the tofu would last in my brown bag. It wouldn't be eaten until 5ish hours after it was prepared.

Is it a good idea? Do you think it will last?

I love them and take tofurkey sandwiches to work all the time.

Eta: they'll last the day no problem

They will be fine, I'd worry about letting actual meat sit at room temperature a lot more and people do that all the time. If you are worried though insulated lunch bags are not that expensive.
