Lost 2 stone, time to tone up!

Hi pals!

I first used myfitnesspal to track my food and exercise routines in 2012, and managed to lose about 2 stone! I have kept the majority of that weight off, with a few slip ups here and there.
But I am back using the app as I am now trying out a high protein, controlled carb diet as I want to drop body fat and get that toned body I know is in there haha!

Embarrassingly enough, I didn't even know there was an actual site - not just the mobile app - so I thought I'd say a wee hello.
