Do I need to increase my calories?

I started a new exercise regimen along with eating more healthier and of course, calorie counting about 9 months ago. I work out, on average 5-6 days per week.(80 squats, 60 leg lifts, 200 sit ups, and 80 side to sides while balancing with legs off floor..then 4 minute 5 mph run and 16 min 40 mph walk), I go for 6 days a wk, but with kids in sports sometimes can only get in 5. ANYWAY, when I first started out, I was about the 1500 calorie range..With the extra 100-150 I burn each day. I have stayed at the same calorie intake as of today, and about 40 lb lighter. My question would be (to someone who honestly knows!), Should I raise up my calories? I sometimes feel like 1500 is just not enough, and I feel faint and queezy sometimes after a good workout. I wake up starving like I didnt eat the night before or something. Only sometimes though. I just want to make sure im doing this the healthy way. My mom made the comment, "it seems like you never eat"..but I do! I make sure I get in my calories as close as possible! please help!
