Hey everyone! I'm Jackie
So, I've done MFP on and off a couple years now, and now that it's my last semester of college I'm back at it again. According to my doctor I'm at 186, and my goals is to get to ~150ish by mid-May for graduation through healthy eating and working out. I would love to start running again, I finished C25K last march and loved it.
Please feel free to add me, I'm always interactive and supportive with my MFP friends!

Welcome back! With only 35 lbs. to lose, you may struggle to lose anything more than 1 lb. per week.
Log everything you eat accurately & honestly. Find reliable database entries. (There's a lot of incorrect data in there.) Weigh your food. Log your exercise, and eat back your exercise calories. If you're not losing, eat back half your exercise calories.
