What is my activity level?

Hey y'all

Sorry if what I'm about to ask is stupid. But I'm truly a fitness noob sometimes. I'm working out my TDEE but I don't know my activity level. My electric scale says my BMR is 1440.

Mon- walk 90 mins. Run 3-4 miles
Tues- walk 90 mins
Wed- walk 90 mins. Run 3-4 miles
Thurs- walk 90 mins.
Fri- walk 90 mins. Work 5 hours as a waitress
Sat- rest
Sun- rest

    If you want to start conservatively, you might pick moderately active and try it for a few weeks. Adjust from there. TDEE is an estimate and takes some trial and error. You may end up needing to raise this.
