I used to have a mfp account but deleted it to follow slimming world. Now coming back to mfp as i know it works for me!! Looking for friends to help me on my journey and to do the same bk :)

    Feel free to add me, at my heaviest i was 16.5 stone and kept it off for about 15yrs until i had a baby, now have 2 stone to lose. You will have so many fantastic high points and tiny little things that boost your confidence on the way down the scale so its the start of a very exciting journey for you, anything you need just shout :)
