I want to start this Feb 1 and I was wondering if anyone had purchased Sara Solomon's book about IF. I was wondering if anyone could tell me some important rules in her book because I cannot afford to buy it ! Thanks :)

    Let me know what you find out. I just started IF .... kinda winging it because I don't want to invest anything until I see if I can keep it up!

    A google search will provide you with much, if not all, of the information you need regarding IF :flowerforyou:

    I did that for a year, and loved it!
