    Ohhh yeeey there is hope for me too :) ... That is amazing.. you look like a different person! What did you eat of ypu dont mind me asking ?

    Lots of lean protein. I can not get enough of seafood. Veggies, homemade smoothies, yogurt. I drink over 100 ounces of water a day. I do still indulge every now and then, but I have to remain focused.

    I commend you on your success.

    I just don't like the line "If I can do it, so can you!" because there are lots of people out there who have health issues that would hamper them from achieving what you have even if they followed everything you did.

    That's not taking away anything from what you achieved. You done a great job. Congrats.
