I just don't like the line "If I can do it, so can you!" because there are lots of people out there who have health issues that would hamper them from achieving what you have even if they followed everything you did.

That's not taking away anything from what you achieved. You done a great job. Congrats.

Thank you very much. I guess my whole point to saying if I can you can too, is because I have been there. I know some people do have health issues that may prevent them from reaching certain points. I would hope they would consult with their docs before doing any regime. I just want to be able to share my progress because it is hard work to lose when you have so far to go and it is easy to get discouraged.
