Hey guys started using this today, I'm at 5'7 and 110 lbs, how much calories should I have a day?

No 100% trying to gain weight. I want to from 110 to 140 lbs.

One good way to start would be to determine your TDEE. There are BMR/TDEE calculators that help with this. You can google Scooby doo BMR or fat2fit BMR to find one. Put in your stats. If you use the fat2fit one, you can tell it you want to stay the same weight, and it will give you an estimate of how many calories you need to maintain. You can start with this number and start adding calories until you get to your desired rate of gain. And you probably want to start some strength exercises as well.0
