For a long time I needed to loose weight but I just didn't know why. One day a friend of mine talked to me about this diet it's actually very close to the Paleo diet. Pretty much you cut carbs by not eating bread or any kind of bread including wheat. You cut dairy all the way, no corn, no potato and no sugar or salt. This is much like caveman diet where you eat meat such as steak, pork cops, chicken, fish and any kind of meat with guacamole and vegetables. I have done this for 3 weeks now and I lost 11 pounds. If you are looking for a healthy lifestyle this is the way to do. I also work out and see a huge change
