How much to eat?

Quick question. My daily calorie intake limit is 1200 calories, but I also exercise. When I add exercise calories to my diary, and the number goes up to.. lets say for example 1400 calories. Would I eat the 1400 calories or would I only eat the 1200 considering the other 200 was from exercising? I gained about 200 calories today while exercising (the treadmill said about 500 calories but I subtract about 300 just incase.) and I currently have about 600 left. Would I eat the rest of the 600 or only eat 400 since 200 of that was from working out? Thanks!!

That's the way myfitnesspal is set up- your 1200 calories are your allowance if you don't exercise. When you record some workouts you get to eat more. If you like. I'd eat at least 1200 to ensure you get enough nutrition.0

Assuming that you used MFP to set your 1200 calorie goal, you should eat the rest of the 600. The 1200 calorie goal already has a deficit built into it; you need the extra calories to fuel your work outs.0
